Focus Group: Black Infant Deaths

We would like to invite you to participate in one of our upcoming focus groups to hear your views, opinions, and concerns about Black infant deaths and chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease in Montgomery County as a community member and resident.
Discussion Topics include:
• What makes infants and adults sick or unhealthy?
• What can help keep pregnant moms and infants healthy?
• What are the important health services in your neighborhood?
• How does access to good jobs, healthy food, and safe & affordable housing impact your health?
A meal and a $40 Kroger gift card will be provided for those who participate.
