School Immunization Dashboard
Understanding School Immunization Status
This dashboard shows the percentage of students who meet Ohio’s school immunization requirements. Each school reports whether its students meet vaccination requirements or are exempted according to state law.
What the categories mean:
- Met Requirements - The student has received all required vaccines.
- Incomplete - There is no completed paperwork on file for a student.
- Medical Exemption - The student has an exemption on file indicating that vaccination is medically contraindicated.
- Reason of Conscience including Religious Objection - The student has indicated an objection to vaccination for a reason of conscience or religion.
Why this matters:
Higher immunization rates help protect students, staff, and community members, especially those who cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons or are at extra risk due to immunocompromising conditions.

- To see results by district choose the button at the buttom of the page.
