Public Health Offering Free Birth Certificates at Remote Locations for Those Affected by Tornado Damage

Due to widespread tornado damage in areas of Montgomery County, Public Health will be offering free Birth Certificates, Cribs and Hep A vaccinations for those affected by the tornadoes on Wednesday, June 5 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Harrison Township Community Center.

In addition, Public Health will have information available about how to get a replacement Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security card.

Birth certificates may be needed to help members of the public identify themselves to be eligible for relief services and to replace other identification documents.

Thanks to the support of Westminster Church and Jerimiah’s Letter, birth certificates will be made available free of charge to anyone from the areas affected by the tornadoes. If you have been displaced from your home due to the tornadoes. Please provide your former address at the time of service.
